The Franklin C-500 heater is an immersion heater that will sit in the water in the valve chamber area to keep the water in the troughs from freezing. The heater will plug into an outlet under the unit and features a built in thermostat that will regulate the heater between the temperatures of 45 - 65 degrees.

Use with the Franklin 41609 Heat Tape to provide full protection to your valve, waterline and trough.
