A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, saleable, original condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of the product only (shipping to and from are not included).

Return and Associated Shipping Costs - Shipping costs for the initial order are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.  ANY ITEM SHOWING FREE SHIPPING - will accrue a $10 restocking fee. 

• Any refused or returned to sender shipments will accrue a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  No exception.

Definition of original condition: Most of our products are used around animals or farmland.  Original condition refers to the product as it came from the box or container that it was shipped in.  Items that have been installed or disassembled may result in no refund or partial refund as we cannot reuse or resell the products. AUTOMATIC WATERERS AND PARTS, WATERING DEVICES, FEED DISHES OR PRODUCTS USED WITH ANIMALS OR LIVESTOCK - To ensure animal safety and to prevent cross-contamination, products MUST be in new, unused condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and requests must be made 30 days of initial purchase.  Please contact us should you have a defective device or warranty claims.  Products will be inspected before issuing a return.  Refunds for any used item will not be issued.

• Improper installation, misuse, or use beyond design will not be considered or return or refund.

FENCERS - PeteCo Supply is a proud dealer of Taylor Fence Cyclops and Gallagher Fencers.  Should you have an issue with the fencer upon initial installation, please contact Taylor Fence for troubleshooting.  The issue may be a simple fix or an installation error.  Any returns must be in new, unused condition in original packaging and requested within 30 days of the transaction.  ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Although listed as free shipping, the original cost to send the shipment to each customer will not be refunded.

HEATERS - PeteCo Supply is not responsible for any damage caused by improper usage, inadequate GFCI or wiring, or usage outside of what the product is intended for.  Most heaters will have a 1-year warranty and claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.  Returns requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and the product must be unused and in original packaging for return authorization.

Food Stuffs, Supplements, Colostrum and other Animal Nutrient products - To ensure animal safety, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Mud Control Grids and Paddock Slabs - Due to the size and shipping requirements associated with the Mud Control Grids and Paddock Slabs the items cannot be returned or refunded.
