Shipping and Handling
Some items cannot be shipped via UPS, due to size, weight and hazardous materials restrictions. Some items may also have additional hazardous-materials charges or oversize charges. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
We strive to ensure shipping charges are as accurate as possible, but in some cases, these charges may be calculated incorrectly on our website. We will do our best to capture these variances and address each one as they arrive.
PeteCo Supply utilizes thirteen warehouses across the United States. We do our best to ship from the warehouse nearest you to ensure speedy delivery of your product. In some cases, you may receive your order in several packages and we will do our best to notify should this happen and provide you with all tracking information. We welcome you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, transit times or shipping methods.
Products that exceed UPS and FedEx shipping capability will be shipped freight. We will contact you with the most cost-effective freight quote once the order is placed. When will my order ship?
Orders that are able to ship via UPS or FedEx will be shipped the same day or next business day, depending on when the order was placed. Unless noted on the order, if your product is on backorder, you will be notified and your order will ship once the product is in stock. We strive to ship your product as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
