What payment options do you offer?
PeteCo Supply accepts all major credit cards and paypal. Payment in the form of check or money order is also accepted however the order will be delayed until the check clears the through the bank.
What do I need to do if I am tax-exempt?
We currently charge sales tax in the following states: Iowa and Kansas. If you are shipping to one of these states and are tax-exempt, please provide us with a valid tax exemption form. You can email a copy to email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, saleable condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Please call us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your authorization number.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, most likely UPS or freight. In cases of an extra heavy or bulky order, we will ship via motor freight. Sometimes we do not have a product in stock and will need to drop ship it to you directly from our vendor.
When will my order ship?
In stock orders ship in 1 day or less (excluding holidays). In most cases, orders placed during normal business hours will ship same day. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will ship the following Monday or business day if a holiday falls on that day. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please include an appropriate street address for delivery.

We are located in the heart of the Black Dirt Capitol of the world, Conrad Iowa. Our warehouses are located in Beloit, Dodge City and Topeka, KS.
