Shipping Expectations, 

We are so grateful you've chosen to shop with our small, family-owned shop.  2021 and 2022 has brought some unexpected challenges for everyone and we have done our best to continue our efforts to provide you with excellent service and fast shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our use of several warehouses, your shipment may be shipped by a different shipper than what is listed.  We have run into challenges that the after effects of Covid, Supply Chain issues and employee shortages have caused, preventing us from using a particular service at one location while we can use it at others. 

As we approach the our busy season in the fall and the Holiday Season, shipping companies are notifying us that they need a little extra time to ship your products.  With the increase in shutdowns, online shopping has increased, stressing the limits of the shipping companies.  Coupled with shopping for the Holidays, your package that may have taken 3-4 days to arrive may take 5-7 days.  Please order ahead if necessary.

FAQ'S

  • When do you ship products? 

    • We ship the same or next business day if the product is in stock.  Should we run into any unexpected inventory issues, we will do our best to notify you in a timely manner.​

  • How do you ship your products?

    • We utilize USPS, UPS, Fedex and a variety of freight companies.  

  • I'm ordering a small item, can I get a lower shipping rate?

    • We do our best to keep our shipping costs down.  We require a tracking number for ALL shipments to ensure we can properly track your package should it become lost or misplaced. Please know that even the smallest item requires personnel and packaging and the shipping rate is typically set by the shipping company.  Our prices are often lower than what we are charged by the freight company. We would be happy to review your order and do our best to see if we can find a lower shipping rate before your purchase however we often reimburse the difference if we are able to find a lower rate once the product has shipped.

  • Do you offer free shipping?  

    • On some products we do! ​

  • I only received a partial order, will the other products be delivered?

    • PeteCo Supply ships from 14 warehouses across the United States.  We will do our best to ship all of your products in one box however depending on what is ordered, your shipment may be split up into several shipments.  We will do our best to send you all of the tracking information.​

  • How do I get a shipping quote?

    • Please email petecosupply@gmail.com with the items you're interested in, the quantity and your zip code. ​

  • Can we pay for overnight or second-day shipping?

    • Yes, please call us at 800-373-5834 to place your order.  Please note- we will fulfill our promise to ship the product when promised, using the overnight or second-day shipping. Once the package leaves our facility, our warehouses are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages caused by the shipping company.  Because of this, overnight or second day is never guaranteed.  You may still experience delays. 

  • I'm in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois or Wisconsin, do you use SpeeDee Delivery?

    • YES! We use SpeeDee Delivery on Miraco, JUG, Franklin, Champion Tow Ropes, some Animal Care products. If you are in these states, please feel free to call us at 800-373-5834 to place your order over the phone.​

  • If I leave shipping instructions, can you guarantee that the shipping company will follow through?  

    • No.  Although we will include the shipping instructions with your order, we do not control the shipping company or their employees.  We cannot guarantee that they will see the note or do as instructed.  ​
