PeteCo Supply has been selling automatic waterers and the parts that go inside them for about ten years. We are small, we are family-owned, and we are still run the way we started: one customer at a time.
Automatic waterers are not a category we added because they looked profitable. They are what we know. Ruth, who owns PeteCo Supply, has been around automatic waterers in one way or another her entire life — selling them, troubleshooting them, and answering questions about them long before any of it was on a website.
What we actually do
Plenty of places will sell you a waterer. Far fewer will help you keep the one you already have running.
That is the part we care about. We keep 256 model parts lists on this site, each one showing every part that goes in that unit, with the diagram and the manual where we have them. That includes units the manufacturers stopped building years ago. A waterer that has been in the lot for twenty years does not need replacing because one valve failed, and we would rather sell you the valve.

We did not pick those names off a distributor list. They are the units our customers actually run, and we learn each one well enough to answer the phone about it.
From a valve rubber to a pallet
Orders here run the whole range, and we have a way to send all of it. The smallest rubber seal goes out in a package. A full waterer or a pallet of mud control grids ships freight, priced to your address through our freight quote form. Most of what we sell sits somewhere in between, and we pick the method that actually suits what you ordered.
Shipping is calculated to your address at checkout rather than charged as a flat rate, so what you pay reflects what you bought and where it is going.
Small-time customer service
We are not a call center and we have never wanted to be. When you reach out, you are reaching the people who pack the orders and know the products. That is the whole advantage of being our size, and we work to keep it as we grow.
