The Ritchie #3 Drain Plug Package (#18633) is designed to create a tight, reliable seal in the water seal groove of select Ritchie units. These drain plugs help prevent leaks while allowing for easy draining and cleaning of your waterer.
Built for durability and a proper fit, this 2-pack makes it easy to replace worn or damaged plugs and keep your waterer operating efficiently.
What Ritchie says about this plug. Ritchie describes the 18633 as a replacement part made to fit the waterseal groove in smaller WaterMatic and select WaterMaster units. The package holds two solid rubber plugs, each 15/16 inch (2.4 cm).
This is not the trough drain plug
The 18633 seals the water seal groove, not the trough drain. If what you need is the large plug that drains the trough on a WaterMatic or WaterMaster, that is the 3 inch package 18470. The two parts are not interchangeable and a 15/16 inch plug will not close a 3 inch drain.
At 15/16 inch these are small, solid rubber plugs, and Ritchie packages two. We also list the 18633 as a single plug for the case where only one is needed.
