Description

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping

These founts are built at the factory as they are ordered, so plan on two to three weeks from the time the order goes in.

The 1QW is the one you start chicks on. The bright red base pulls them to the water in the first days when they do not yet know where it is, and the see through jug means you can check the level from across the brooder instead of lifting it.

The rim guard is the part that earns its keep. Chicks cannot fall in or splash the ones around them, which is how wet chicks and the diseases that follow usually start. The water level is adjustable, so you set it low for day olds and raise it as they grow. A one inch trough and a low wide base let it sit in most brooders, and they nest together for storage once the season is over.

Good for starting large breeds, or all the way through with quail.
