Description

The expandable rubber drain plug for Behlen insulated and electric waterers. It fits every model except the AWS.

It works on a wing nut. Tighten the nut and the rubber swells against the hole for a dry seal, back it off and the plug drops out so you can wash the trough and let it drain. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why there is nothing on it to seize up.

Put a new one in when the rubber has gone hard or taken a set and will not swell back out. A plug that weeps is costing you water all day long.
