WHICH UNITS USE IT
The W shape fits three units:
- #2 Cattle Fountain 9129C, one element, sold complete as the #2 heat package
- Two Hole Hog Waterer 9150142S
- Single Sided Hog Bar 9150152S
Every other cattle fountain takes the D shaped 10038, and the single hog bar takes it too. Older style hog bars take the C shaped 10046, the one with the 90 degree bend.
Keep your Smidley 2-drink hog bar thaw-safe with the OEM W-shaped 245-watt heating element (#10045). Built for dependable freeze protection, this 120V element pairs with Smidley’s thermostat to maintain water flow in cold weather. It fits the 2-drink Hog Bar and the short (#2) cattle fountain, and installs quickly for fast, reliable service. Approx. element size: ~13″ × 4¾″.
