Description
The 3 inch expandable rubber drain plug, part 983, fits every Miraco LilSpring and BigSpring unit. Turn the wing nut and the rubber squeezes out against the drain hole for a tight seal, back it off and the plug drops free for cleaning.
The expandable design is more forgiving than a straight rubber plug, so it still seals in a drain that has taken a few seasons of wear.
If your unit is losing water overnight and the valve checks out, the drain plug is almost always what is worn.
