Blue is the all purpose pick. Eight quarts is small enough to carry full in one hand, which is why these end up being the buckets you reach for first.
The flat back is the reason to buy this one. It sits tight against a stall wall or a fence panel instead of swinging out, and it is easier to carry when it is full. The body is impact resistant polyethylene resin, which resists warping and stress cracking through cold weather and rough handling.
It comes with a heavy duty wire bail with a notch for hanging, and stacking ribs molded into the sides so a nested stack comes apart when you want one. It measures 11 inches long, 12 inches wide and 9 inches high, and holds 8 quarts.
