Description

The sixteen inch fence feeder in red, which is the one to buy if you want to find it from the far side of a paddock or keep each pen’s feeder straight. It holds nine quarts of liquid or 7.75 quarts of dry feed.

Two heavy duty metal clips come with it, and they hook over wire fencing with no tools at all, so the feeder goes up and comes down as fast as you can walk to it. For something permanent, staple the clips to a wooden rail with fencing staples or put lag screws through the eyelets, which are not included.

Keeping feed off the ground is the real job here, and it does that for horses, sheep, goats, alpacas, llamas and calves alike. High impact polyethylene stands up to outdoor use, and the feeder measures 15.75 inches long by 8.25 inches wide and 7 inches high. Black is stocked as well.
