A metal grate is not available for the Slow Feeder Saver Junior. The Junior uses the webbed nylon grate, part ZM-6074. The steel grate, part ZM-6059, fits the full size Slow Feeder Saver only.

Very happy easy to use.

Very happy. No more sand in the hay. My horse is happier eating w this than the hay net. Hopefully gum damage will be less than w the nets. I may drill additional holes in the bottom for rain drainage. By wetting the webbing it was much easier to stretch and install.

Best price and delivered within 7 - 10 days from order. Other sites were advising that the delivery was going to be 4 - 6 weeks.

Love the Mini Feeder (But Not the Big One)

I love the JR feeder. The big one however (which I think they've discontinued) never did fit together right (screw holes don't line up and I saw other reviews saying the same thing) so I used a ratchet strap to hold it together! Blaahhh... to them for not making it RIGHT!

I was thrilled at how fast I received it! Like overnight. It's a great little feeder - just wish their 'big' feeder had been this good. Holes didn't line up so only have 2 screws on each side instead of 4! Used a ratchet strap to hold it together!!! Company would never respond to this problem. But Pete Supply has been GREAT!

Really good feeder

This is a great slow feeder for my horse, much better than net bags. My horse took to it right off.

Our last order was delayed but this one was quickly delivered. Retailer has been great about keeping us informed, etc. I would like an option for smaller "holes". We actually sewed on ballistic nylon strapping to cut hole size in half. I feel the ground level feeding is best for the horses and the feeder keeps it out of the shavings which is fantastic. Previously we used Nibblenets which we loved but I think ground level is better.
