PeteCo Supply is more than fortunate to work with some of the best warehouses, best suppliers, and some of the most hard-working people across the United States whom all have one goal in mind, and that is to take care of the customer quickly with good quality products.  Most of all, we are so incredibly thankful for our customers who have continued to trust PeteCo Supply and our partners to deliver the products you need. 

 

Navigating through COVID has been a challenge for all of us in one way or the other and as we approach July and our soon busy fall season, we want to highlight our shipping methods and what to expect moving forward.

SHIPPING

PeteCo Supply ships using USPS, UPS, FEDEX and freight companies to provide you with the best and most cost-effective shipping method possible.  Due to the increased volume in shipping during COVID, these shipping companies have removed shipping time guarantees.  What does this mean for you? A package that used to take 2-3 days, may take 4-5 days.  Shipping costs have also increased through these companies.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to us regarding shipping to see if we are able to ship at a lower rate.  petecosupply@gmail.com.

Again due to the increased volume in orders, tracking numbers may be delayed a day or so...although most packages are shipped the same or next business day.  (Please note that if we experience an unexpected delay, we will do our best to notify you immediately.)

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Due to some supply chain issues, we may unexpectedly encounter some delays.  The inventory may run out before we are able to adjust our quantities or deliveries to our warehouses on new inventory may be delayed.  We will do our best to keep you informed on the status of your products.
